JOB PURPOSE:

To sell vehicles by understanding and demostrating the characteristics and features of the Ford lineup.

Develop qualified buyers, negotiate and close sales.

DUTIES:

Obtain product knowledge by studying Ford features and benefits.

Develop buyers via proper meet and greet, maintaining rapport, negotiate and close sales.

Qualify buyers by listening and understanding their requirements and needs.

Demonstrate the vehicles by explaining characteristics, features and benefits via test drives.

Close sales by overcoming objections, asking for the sale, negotiating price, and completing all necessary paperwork.

Provide sales management info by completing reports.

Update your product knowledge by participating in offered educational opportunities.

Must pass background and drug check. Must be over 21 and have a valid drivers license.
